BEDINGFIELD SUBMITS TO FAD DIET

British star NATASHA BEDINGFIELD is the latest celebrity to succumb to a Hollywood diet.

The Unwritten hitmaker, who has become a huge hit Stateside, went on the popular Zone diet in a bid to keep herself in shape.

She says, I had the same personal trainer as Cindy Crawford and Calista Flockhart. It's the most popstar thing I've ever done. The company delivered food to me every night in a big sports bag.

"I did it because I was restless all the time after eating the wrong food as I worked."
