CRUZ 'INCOMPLETE' WITHOUT ADOPTED CHILDREN

Actress PENELOPE CRUZ looks set to be the next celebrity foster mother after revealing her life would be 'incomplete' without kids.

Cruz, who is dating Hollywood hunk Josh Hartnett, insists having children is "very important" and won't rule out following the likes of Madonna and Angelina Jolie in the adoption process.

The Volver star, 32, says, "I do want to have my own kids, but being able to adopt is also very important to me.

"For a while I've had the feeling that my life won't feel complete unless I do."
