CHENEY'S GAY DAUGHTER TO GIVE BIRTH NEXT MONTH

US Vice-President DICK CHENEY's lesbian daughter will give birth to her first child next month (MAY07), according to her proud father.

Cheney's press secretary confirmed that MARY, 38, and her partner, HEATHER POE, were expecting a baby in December (06), but refused to reveal date or sex details.

The Vice-President spoke of his delight at becoming a grandfather again during a radio interview on Wednesday (04APR07) - and revealed his daughter is expecting a baby boy.

He told ABC News Radio, "I'm delighted I'm about to be a grandparent for the sixth time. I'm looking forward to the arrival of a new grandson."
