LATEST: THE WHO rocker ROGER DALTREY has made a full recovery from a serious viral infection, in time to finish the band's tour of North America.
Daltrey walked off stage during the first song in Tampa, Florida last week (13MAR07) suffering suspected bronchitis.
It later emerged he was suffering a viral infection and dehydration and was put on medication. Several gigs were cancelled, and bandmate PETE TOWNSHEND feared the illness would bring the tour to a premature end.
But Daltrey has battled back - and Townshend reveals he'll be back onstage in days.
The guitarist says, "Roger is feeling and looking better. Doctors say he's ok. The last four shows are almost certainly back on."
