Fitzgerald, also known as the First Lady of Song, would have turned 90 in April (07) and will receive a late tribute when the album is released in June (07).

WE ALL LOVE ELLA: A CELEBRATION OF THE FIRST LADY OF SONG will be produced by PHIL RAMONE, who also worked on FRANK SINATRA and TONY BENNETT's DUETS CDs.

The CD will feature Fitzgerald's signature songs, including LADY BE GOOD sung by DIANNE REEVES, THE LADY IS A TRAMP sung by QUEEN LATIFAH and DREAM A LITTLE DREAM by DIANA KRALL.

MICHAEL BUBLE is the sole male performer and sings TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.

Ramone says he advised the stars not be overwhelmed by Fitzgerald's influence: "She left such a large footprint (but) there's a generation that doesn't really know this music but needs to hear it.

"Young people don't care what period a song is from; if it swings, it swings."
