BECKHAMS CELEBRATE VALENTINE'S DAY SEPARATELY

DAVID and VICTORIA BECKHAM were forced to celebrate Valentine's Day by phone on Wednesday (14FEB07) because Victoria was in Los Angeles finalising plans for the family's move to the US.

The celebrity couple are expected to move to California in July (07) when David, 31, joins the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team.

A friend of the pair tells American publication People, "They had to make do with spending Valentines Day on the phone. It was an intercontinental day of love."

David, who is currently still under contract with Spanish team Real Madrid, has three young sons, BROOKLYN, ROMEO and CRUZ, with wife Victoria.

The source explains, "Victoria was in New York City with her two sons last weekend, but she arrived in Los Angeles yesterday to finalise both the house-hunting and school for the boys.

"She will be there about four days, then goes home to Madrid. She is still undecided on a few houses in LA. And she is also doing a bit more fashion work while she is in town."
