WILSON FEARED AMPUTATION
KAISER CHIEFS frontman RICKY WILSON feared he would lose a leg after he was run over by a hit and run driver last year (06).

Only a spectacular last minute leap stopped Wilson from being crushed by the car, but he was still left with serious injuries.
He explains, "The hospital actually said at one point that I was in danger of losing my leg.
"I was freaking out. Then when I was allright, I cried like a baby."
