STALLONE REFUSES TO RISE TO CONFRONTATIONS

SYLVESTER STALLONE has learned to control his anger when confronted by rude members of the public, and claims he can no longer be baited into a confrontation.

The veteran tough guy, 60, was recently trailed by a man who made abusive comments about his wife and children.

Stallone says, "A few weeks ago a guy followed me all day, saying the most demeaning things about my wife and kids, trying to get a rise out of me.

"He was everywhere, saying really personal things that would make your blood boil.

"When I was younger I would have risen, but not now. I just stayed in the hotel and thought, 'It's not worth it. There's too much to lose.'"
