URBAN'S ACCUSER MISSES COURT DATE

LATEST: Legal problems for a model accusing country star KEITH URBAN of having an affair with her remain unresolved after she failed to appear in criminal court on Thursday (04JAN07).

Lingerie model AMANDA WYATT claims she had an intimate relationship with Urban while he was dating future wife NICOLE KIDMAN - an allegation he denies.

The 23-year-old was scheduled to meet with a Nashville, Tennessee criminal court judge yesterday to discuss her latest aggravated assault charge.

However, her court date has been postponed until 31 January (07), according to a clerk. No reason was given for the continuation.

Wyatt has a history of missing important court dates - she was thrown in jail for skipping a court appearance several years ago after pleading guilty to an aggravated assault charge stemming from a bar brawl in 2003.
