FOXY BROWN ACCUSED OF VIOLATING PROBATION
Raunchy rapper FOXY BROWN has been accused of violating her probation following her assault conviction in October (06).

The hip-hop star, real name INGA MARCHAND, was summoned to Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday (11DEC06), where New York Department of Probation lawyer SHAAWNDA WEINBERG said she had been "flouting the court-ordered conditions of her probation".
Weinberg told JUDGE MELISSA C JACKSON that Marchand has "asked for special treatment. She's told us, 'I'm not like them (others on probation).'"
During a court appearance in August (06), Marchand originally pleaded guilty to assaulting two manicurists at Bloomie's nail salon in Manhattan in August 2004, but attempted to change her plea when she realised she would have her sentence would including regular drug testing and anger management classes.
In October (06), Judge Jackson sentenced Marchand to three years probation and warned the rapper to comply with the ruling or face a year in jail.
In court on Monday, Judge Jackson ordered Marchand to return to court with her lawyer.
Speaking as she left the courtroom, Marchand fumed, "I have never violated probation. This is happening to me because I'm Foxy Brown.
"(My drug tests) came back clean, negative, perfect."
