GEST: 'AUNT'S COMMENTS PROMPTED NOSE JOB'
LIZA MINNELLI's estranged husband DAVID GEST insists he only had plastic surgery once - after a relative's harsh comments about the size of his nose prompted him to go under the knife.
Gest recently appeared on British reality TV show, I'M A CELEBRITY... GET ME OUT OF HERE!, where he continued to deny he had numerous operations to improve his looks.
He says, "I had my nose done. I had a very big hooked nose. My AUNT RUTH said you could hang five suits on it.
"That was in 1978 or something. About 26 years ago."
