GERVAIS DELIGHTED BY DYLAN INVITE

British comedian RICKY GERVAIS is overjoyed after his hero BOB DYLAN invited him to be interviewed on his US radio show.

THE OFFICE creator Gervais will tape his appearance on Dylan's weekly show THEME TIME RADIO before the end of the year (06).

A message on Gervais' website reads: "An invitation from Bob Dylan. Yes, Bob Dylan.

"Bob Dylan has asked Ricky to do his radio show in America. Ricky will pore-record their chat when he visits New York later in the year (06) ready for broadcast early in 2007."
