CAREY'S FUR COAT GOES MISSING ON PETA MISSION
A fur coat MARIAH CAREY donated to animal rights organisation People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has gone missing on its way to benefit nomads in Mongolia.

The WE BELONG TOGETHER singer was so disgusted when a mystery admirer sent her two mink coats, she immediately passed them onto PETA so they could be put to good use.
PETA distributes unwanted furs to help clothe the homeless and refugees, and also distributes strips of fur to nomads in Mongolia to line winter coats.
A PETA spokesperson says, "One coat was on its way to Switzerland where it was to be included in a sealed container bound for Mongolia as part of a worldwide fur coat drive in conjunction with the Swiss Animal Protection Society. But the coat never arrived."
