ALLERGIC AIKEN NOT MAD ABOUT NUTS
AMERICAN IDOL star CLAY AIKEN's allergy to nuts is so extreme he breaks out in rashes and bumps even if he brushes against someone who has nut oil on their skin.

The INVISIBLE singer has to be so careful around people who handle nuts and politely asks snack fans to refrain from eating them whenever he's around.
He says, "I was on a flight one time and the flight attendants were passing out bowls of warm mixed nuts... We said no to it and they wanted to take a picture later and we all got together for a picture and one of their hands touched mine and I had a big welt on my hand."
Aiken is also allergic to coffee, chocolate, mint, mushrooms and shellfish.
