Retired tennis ace ANDREA JAEGER has traded her Wimbledon whites for a religious habit after signing up to become an Anglican Dominican nun.
The 41-year-old former world number two, now simply SISTER ANDREA, has dedicated her life to the care of children, visiting hospitals and running camps for kids with cancer.
Jaeger admits friend and supermodel CINDY CRAWFORD was the first person she told about her plans to become a nun - and she offered her nothing but support.
Crawford tells America's People magazine, "Becoming a nun is pretty radical (but) she can't deny who she's supposed to be."
Jaeger adds, "God wanted me to do something else, and it happened to be helping children with cancer. I love what I do."
