NAOMI CAMPBELL FACES COURT ULTIMATUM

NAOMI CAMPBELL will be arrested if she fails to attend a court hearing in New York today (15NOV06), where she faces assault charges.

Campbell has a history of court no-shows and missed the last hearing in September (06) - but her lawyer DAVID BREITBART insists the supermodel will turn up.

Breitbart promises, "There's no question about that in my mind."

The charges stem form an incident in March this year when the tempestuous catwalk queen allegedly threw a cell phone at her housekeeper.

Campbell pleaded not guilty at a preliminary hearing in June.

If the case goes to trial, the 36-year-old faces a maximum jail sentence of seven years.

Campbell is currently facing a lawsuit from another former employee, GABY GIBSON, who accuses the model of personal injury, assault and employment discrimination.
