MOSS SET FOR THEATRE DEBUT

Supermodel KATE MOSS is set to expand her bulging resume with a theatre debut in the LITTLE BRITAIN stage show later this month (NOV06).

The catwalk beauty, who recently turned fashion designer in a lucrative deal with high street giant Top Shop, has also turned her hand to singing by duetting with rocker boyfriend PETE DOHERTY at a BABYSHAMBLES gig.

Now she's giving theatre a go by agreeing to join British funnymen DAVID WALLIAMS and MATT LUCAS in the hit stage adaptation of their popular TV comedy.

Walliams says, "I've known Kate socially for a little while and she and Pete came to our show one night and liked it.

"So we thought, let's be cheeky and see if we can convince her and she was up for it.

"The thing about Kate is that she's funny in her own right so we think it'll be brilliant.

"It'll be a speaking role but I don't want to give too much away. When you see her and what she'll be wearing and doing, it'll be a big surprise."

He added, "Kate has natural comic talent. It's just that most people don't know it because they see her in pictures and beautiful people aren't allowed to be funny. But I know she's going to be great. It's a real coup and we're absolutely chuffed."

The one-off guest appearance will aid charity Comic Relief on 22 November (06).
