MINOGUE PARTY SPARKS MEDICAL EMERGENCY
Pop star KYLIE MINOGUE sparked a medical emergency on Wednesday night (08NOV06) when security for her perfume party almost blocked a care worker's access to her elderly patient.

The singer hired a mansion in the posh Sydney, Australia suburb of Vaucluse to launch her new fragrance Darling.
Police confirm an elderly woman made a desperate call for help after concerns emergency workers wouldn't be able to gain access to her because of the heavy security guarding the street.
The woman reportedly triggered her medical alert bracelet which prompts an immediate response from medical staff.
The streets surrounding her apartment building had been swarming with security guards ahead of Minogue's first official public appearance since her own health battle with breast cancer.
Party organiser ANTHONY HEMPHILL insists no roads were blocked during preparations for the event, with police working with security staff to minimise disruption to local residents.
He tells Sydney's Daily Telegraph, "When (police) came down I met with them but at no time were there any road closures.
"(The woman) was concerned her carer couldn't get through, but it wasn't as if we stopped an ambulance or anything like that."
