Supermodel ELLE MACPHERSON is reportedly dating British TV star RAY FEARON.

The 43-year-old beauty was spotted dining with Fearon, who is currently appearing on reality show STRICTLY COME DANCING, in central London on Friday (03NOV06) night.

An onlooker says, "They were having a wonderful time. Ray was making Elle laugh and she looked like she didn't want the evening to end."
