Four-time Academy Award nominee Julianne Moore and acclaimed British film and stage actor Bill Nighy make their Broadway debuts in the world premiere of David Hare's new play THE VERTICAL HOUR, the first Hare work ever to premiere on Broadway.
Directed by Academy Award winner Sam Mendes, THE VERTICAL HOUR opens on Broadway for a strictly limited 20 week engagement Thursday, November 30, 2006 at the Music Box Theatre (239 W 45th St) with preview performances beginning on Thursday, November 9, 2006.
Andrew Scott, Dan Bittner and Rutina Wesley complete the cast. THE VERTICAL HOUR is produced by Scott Rudin, Robert Fox, Neal Street Productions, Roger Berlind, Debra Black and The Shubert Organization.
