Former SAVED BY THE BELL star DUSTIN DIAMOND was left amazed during an appearance on US TV's THE TYRA BANKS SHOW, when the generous host bought $3,000 (GBP1,670) worth of T-shirts to help save his house.
Diamond, who played school geek SCREECH in the 1990s teen show, is selling autographed T-shirts in a bid to keep his home.
The 29-year-old needs to raise $250,000 (GBP135,000) to save his Milwaukee, Wisconsin house from a foreclosure order.
The shirts have a photo of the actor as character SCREECH POWERS holding a sign that says, "Save My House." The back of the shirt reads, "I paid $15.00 to save Screech's house."
And kind-hearted Banks decided to hand over the cheque for $3,000, the equivalent of 200 shirts - although she mistakenly thought the amount bought 150 shirts.
A moved Diamond said, "Thank you so much, " before the shirts were handed out around the studio audience.
