An appeal filed by former KISS guitarist VINNIE VINCENT was declined by the US Supreme Court on Monday (02OCT06).
Vincent has been involved in a longtime court battle for more royalties for his contributions to the band's LICK IT UP album.
Supreme Court Justices refused to reconsider the lower court rulings that dismissed Vincent's dispute with his former bandmates.
The guitarist, real name VINCENT CUSANO, played with Kiss in the early 1980s.
Among other songs, he was given writing credits on I LOVE IT LOUD and LICK IT UP.
