LEWIS HAILS GROHL'S 'POWER'

Actress-turned-rocker JULIETTE LEWIS confesses DAVE GROHL gave her ''goosebumps'' when he joined her in the studio for her second album, because he was so ''powerful''.

The JULIETTE + THE LICKS frontwoman recruited the drummer after meeting at England's Reading Festival and they immediately discussed doing demos together. The sessions went so well the FOO FIGHTERS star now features on her latest album FOUR ON THE FLOOR, released next month (OCT06).

And Lewis is so thrilled with the results she's sure supernatural forces intervened to get her idol in the studio.

She says, "It was the hand of God.

"We met at Reading and started talking. He's so restless so it was easy convincing him to work with me and do something new.

"He brought his drum kit into the recording studio and just gave me goosebumps. He has so much power. So much power and energy."
