HASSELHOFF'S DAUGHTER IN SUICIDE SCANDAL?

DAVID HASSELHOFF's teenage daughter reportedly attempted suicide at the actor's San Fernando Valley home in California last night (24SEP06).

Law enforcement sources tell website TMZ.com that police were called to the BAYWATCH star's home after Hasselhoff called to report his 14-year-old daughter HAYLEY had "cut herself".

According to the website, the teenager was taken to a local hospital for treatment and the Mental Evaluation Unit of the Los Angeles Police Department is now handling the case.

Hasselhoff and his ex-wife PAMELA BACH have spent much of this year in a bitter divorce and custody fight.

The warring couple settled their messy court spat last month (AUG06) by agreeing to both take money out of a 'community pot' to pay for cars, homes and their kids' tuition.
