COLLETTE GLAD SHE DIDN'T WIN OSCAR

Actress TONI COLLETTE was relieved she missed out on the Best Supporting Oscar she was nominated for in 2000, because she was too nervous to have made it onto the stage.

The Australian star won the nod for her role in THE SIXTH SENSE, but missed out to ANGELINA JOLIE for GIRL, INTERRUPTED - much to her relief.

She says, "Of course I wasn't disappointed when I didn't win. I didn't want to get up and speak in front of all those people. I was sh**ting myself!"
