The British beauty enjoyed a turbulent relationship with the BABYSHAMBLES frontman before she called off their relationship last year (06), after photographs of her snorting cocaine in a London recording studio were published.

But the 32-year-old was reportedly seen kissing Doherty passionately backstage at Channel 4's TV show TRANSMISSION in London on Friday (11AUG06), where Babyshambles were due to play.

And media reports in the UK suggest the couple have hired a nightclub on the Spanish island Ibiza, where they will exchange vows this week (ends20AUG06).

Self-confessed drug addict Doherty has had an implant fitted to beat his heroin habit, after being ordered into rehab by a London court.

An insider tells The Sun, "Pete is telling everyone he loves Kate and is desperate to marry her.

"He looked healthier than I've seen him for a long while - he looked well over it. They've been inseparable."
