ROBIN WILLIAMS has hit back at reports he's planning to reprise his beloved alien character MORK for a new movie, insisting he's not interested in the project.
Williams' MORK + MINDY co-star PAM DAWBER recently revealed there were plans to turn the hit TV series into a film, insisting the GOOD WILL HUNTING star was keen to get going with the movie.
In one recent interview she said, "Robin and I were speaking at a function, and he's the one who said he'd love to do a Mork movie sometime - and what's great about Robin is that he wouldn't even consider doing it if the original cast didn't return.
"It was put in the pipeline, but Robin had just been so busy with all his other movies that we didn't have time for this one. Everytime we bump into each other though, he still insists we are going to do it one day - a Robin promise."
But Williams insists Dawber is mistaken. In a new interview with Moviehole.net, he states, "I've heard that rumour and I would kill it right now; I would stab that in its sleep because I would not want to do that.
"They can do it with someone else; good luck, have fun."
