SIR PAUL McCARTNEY's estranged wife HEATHER MILLS has reportedly purchased a luxury home only minutes away from the former BEATLE's principal property.
British newspaper The Mail on Sunday alleges that the animal rights' campaigner has spent $1 million (GBP550, 000) on a five-bedroom barn conversion in the English countryside, which she will share with the couple's daughter BEATRICE.
McCartney and Mills separated in May (06) after six years of marriage, but have remained in close contact as they try to share custody of their child.
Mills' neighbour says, "I am a huge Beatle's fan and so are my children so it was quite surreal to see Paul McCartney and Heather coming and going."
