BEAN AND GIRLFRIEND IN HOTEL FIGHT DRAMA

British actor SEAN BEAN and his girlfriend GEORGINA SUTCLIFFE reportedly had an alcohol-fuelled fight at a luxury California hotel which left both bleeding.

Security staff found the GOLDENEYE star's 28-year-old actress partner outside the couple's $540 (GBP300) per night suite with bruises on her face and body and scratches on her legs.

Bean suffered marks to his face and arms, which were also bleeding, in the altercation at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Sutcliffe asked staff not to call police as she didn't want to press charges.

The incident has been recorded in the hotel's incident log. It reads: "Ms Sutcliffe had numerous bruises on her upper body, face and scratches on her legs. Ms Sutcliffe said she did not want to press charges."

Hotel security manager RON MURPHY spoke to Bean about the fight and noticed "he had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath and numerous scratches to his face and arms, which were bleeding."

Guests in neighbouring rooms had complained to hotel management about loud screaming and the sound of breaking items.

Bean claims Sutcliffe started to throw things around and, when he asked her to leave the suite, she attacked him. When it was pointed out to him that he was bleeding, the actor responded, "You're kidding."

The couple, who have been dating since last summer (05), were treated for their injuries at the hotel, after which Sutcliffe left in a taxi, writes British newspaper the Daily Mirror.

They had checked into the Four Seasons a week ago and were staying there while Bean films his role in the remake of 1986 classic THE HITCHER.
