MURDOCH AMAZED BY LOVE'S MEMORY LOSS

BELLE AND SEBASTIAN singer STUART MURDOCH was stunned when former drug addict COURTNEY LOVE couldn't remember meeting him.

The Scottish frontman was in an elevator during a recent US gig with the widow of KURT COBAIN when he mentioned he had met her before.

He says, "She was surprised when I mentioned it. It was only 15 years before. I was a lowly roadie."
