JOLIE AND PITT PAPARAZZO NOT CHARGED
LATEST: The photographer who was arrested last month (22JUN06) after allegedly scaling a fence at a day care centre attended by ANGELINA JOLIE and BRAD PITT's son MADDOX will not be prosecuted.
CLINT BREWER reportedly jumped the fence just before 10:30am and staff from the Malibu, California, centre made a citizen's arrest for trespassing.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 24, to the Lost Hills police station, where he was held for six hours.
But prosecutors dropped the trespassing charges against Brewer yesterday (12JUL06), because they had no evidence to prove he had been on the day care centre's property, rather than a dirt road running alongside the fence.
Los Angeles County District Attorney's spokeswoman JANE ROBISON says, "We declined to file based on the lack of sufficient evidence of where exactly he was standing."
