Former 007 PIERCE BROSNAN has endorsed his troubled son's foray into reality TV, wishing him all the best ahead of his stint on a celebrity dating show.
CHRIS BROSNAN, 33, recently reconciled with his father after years of substance abuse. Now he's hoping to get his career on track by appearing in British TV show LOVE ISLAND tomorrow (10JUL06) - where celebrities are castaway in a tropical paradise and urged to hook up.
Chris says, "He (Pierce) wished me luck and told me to have fun and enjoy myself."
Chris' brother SEAN is also set for an acting debut this summer (06) when he joins the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) for two plays.
