COX STRUGGLING WITH THE AGEING PROCESS

Former FRIENDS star COURTENEY COX has discovered how to grow old gracefully - stop looking in mirrors.

The 42-year-old actress admits she's struggling with the ageing process, but is doing her best to ensure she doesn't revert to cosmetic surgery to solve her problems.

She says, "I have issues with getting older... There are huge changes in my body and my face, and I obsess over them.

"I just try to not have too many mirrors around... It's hard getting older; it's hard not to be the young one anymore."

She fears she'll never be able to opt for plastic surgery because her husband, actor DAVID ARQUETTE, isn't a fan.

She adds, "David has a huge problem with it, but I don't."
