COURTENEY COX ARQUETTE and DAVID ARQUETTE are considering having a second child - even though their first took years to conceive and the actress suffered serious baby blues after giving birth.

The couple was hit by a number of miscarriage and pregnancy setbacks as they attempted to become parents for the first time, but the former FRIENDS star, 42, is keen to try for a brother or sister for two-year-old daughter COCO.

She tells women's magazine Marie Claire that she did suffer post-natal depression as a new mum.

She says, "My hormones were settling, and I felt kind of low, but I went to the doctor and figured out what I needed, and it was OK."
