MINOGUE FIGHTS THE TEARS IN FIRST TV INTERVIEW
KYLIE MINOGUE fought back tears as she described the moment she discovered she had breast cancer, in her first television interview since recovering from the disease.
The I BELIEVE IN YOU star, speaking to British TV presenter CAT DEELEY, told of how she was determined to continue with her gruelling SHOWGIRL tour despite the devastating news last year (05), but her family insisted otherwise.
She says, "The moment my doctors told me, I went silent. We all fell to pieces, but I was saying, 'No, I'm getting a plane', and they said, 'No, you're not, sit down.'"
The interview will be screened on Sky One on 16 July.
