Australian pop star PETER ANDRE has been appointed an ambassador for UK charity the National Society For The Protection Of Cruelty To Children (NSPCC).
The MYSTERIOUS GIRL singer, who lives in England with his glamour model wife JORDAN, is "thrilled" to accept the position.
The 33-year-old says, "As a father the NSPCC is a charity that I care about deeply. All children should have the same opportunities in life that I want for my kids, including a loving childhood and a future to look forward to.
"Sadly though, far too many children in the UK have their young lives torn apart by abuse and cruelty. The NSPCC carries out vital work to protect these children and keep them safe and I am glad to be a small part of this as an NSPCC ambassador."
