KOOKS OVERJOYED TO BE STONES SUPPORT

British rockers THE KOOKS were thrilled when their heroes THE ROLLING STONES asked them to be their support act, comparing the request to being like a schoolboy's daydream.

The KOOKS performs live and signs copies of their single ' You Don't Love Me ' at HMV. London, England - 09.01.06

The NAIVE newcomers will play alongside the rock legends on 29 August (06) at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

Frontman LUKE PRITCHARD says, "This is schoolboy stuff.

"Playing with the coolest band to walk the earth is pretty fine, man."

Other bands supporting The Rolling Stones on their summer (06) European tour include RAZORLIGHT, KASABIAN and THE CHARLATANS.
