DUFF AND LOHAN KEEP THEIR DISTANCE

Singer/actress HILARY DUFF insists there is still too much bad blood between her and LINDSAY LOHAN for them to even consider being friends.

The teen stars have a long-standing rivalry, which began in 2002 after they both dated singer AARON CARTER.

At the time Lohan reportedly accused Duff of stealing Carter from her and spreading nasty rumours.

Duff retaliated, "Sometimes I feel like I really hate her, which is pretty extreme for me."

The BEAT OF MY HEART singer claims that even though time has passed, she's still not ready to forgive Lohan and establish a cordial relationship.

She explains, "There's so much that's been put between her and me. If I saw her, I'd never say hi because it's so awkward."
