CAMILLA HOLDS VIGIL FOR DYING DAD

British royal CAMILLA, DUCHESS OF CORNWALL has put social and royal engagements on hold to rush to her dying father's bedside.

Accompanied by her husband PRINCE CHARLES, the Duchess arrived at her dad's home in the west of England to be with him on Saturday (10JUN06) night.

War hero MAJOR BRUCE SHAND, 89, has battled cancer for over a year and is not expected to survive.
