The Miami, Florida rappers and concert promoters had filed a $15 million (GBP8.3 million) claim against the county, alleging the group was forced to cancel a June 2000 performance after authorities set up a roadblock near the outdoor show and arrested 92 people.
Earlier this month, a Copiah County sheriff testified that he did not want the concert in town and confirmed that approximately 90 deputies manned the roadblocks near the field hosting the show.
