JACKSON'S SLIMMING SECRETS

Pop star JANET JACKSON is thrilled she's back to her normal size, after gaining nearly half her body weight for a film role.

The tiny star ballooned up to 180 pounds (82 kilograms) and has shed the excess weight in only four months.

Jackson is flaunting her new figure on the cover of the latest issue of American publication Us Weekly, where she poses in small bikini bottoms and a pink cropped top.

The ALL FOR YOU singer lost the weight with the help of a nutritionist and specially prepared meals, which were delivered daily by a dining company.

She explains, "Going from being able to eat whatever you wanted to being on this regimented eating plan was tough. Your body's going, 'We want more!'"

The singer also worked out six days a week with trainer TONY MARTINEZ doing 45-minutes of cardio, plus toning moves.

She adds, "I hate - I can't say it enough - I hate working out. Tony's always there dragging me out of bed.

"Now I weigh like 120 pounds (54 kilos), but I still want to do a little bit more toning. For now, it's just nice to get back down to where I feel more comfortable with me."
