TV star CHRIS NOTH has called for a clamp-down on fans who use their mobiles to hound celebrities for photos, insisting the shots are a breach of privacy.

The LAW AND ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT actor finds the cell phone snaps hugley irritating and hopes to see a change in the law to ban the practice altogether.
He says, "The phone cameras really have to go.
"Why do people want pictures on their phone? I think it should be against the law.
"For me I enjoy a private life and I want to be anonymous when I am on the streets, so I can enjoy seeing it unimpeded and without being the focus of someone's attention."
