SHEEN AND RICHARDS EXTEND RESTRAINING ORDER

Warring Hollywood couple CHARLIE SHEEN and DENISE RICHARDS agreed to a temporary custody arrangement over their two children yesterday (12MAY06), while extending a restraining order against the TWO AND A HALF MEN star.

A Los Angeles judge extended Richards' restraining order against her estranged husband - which was originally granted in April (06) - until 13 July (06), which states the actor must stay at least 300 yards (900 feet) away from the actress and their daughters LOLA, 10 months and SAM, 2, unless on supervised visits.

Following discussions yesterday, the couple have agreed Sheen will be allowed weekly supervised time with his daughters and have also hired a psychologist to evaluate the custody situation.

The former BOND girl, 35, originally filed for divorce in March 2005 while she was pregnant with Lola, but briefly reconciled later that year. However, Richards re-filed the papers in January (06).

In court papers filed by Richards last month (APR06), the actress claimed Sheen pushed, shoved and threatened to kill her. Sheen vehemently denies the allegations.
