Former BLINK 182 star TOM DeLONGE is determined his new band ANGELS AND AIRWAVES will be as spiritual as the name suggests and imbued with strong Christian values.
Tom Delonge and his new band Angels and Airwaves performing at House of Blues, San Diego, California - 06.05.06
The American rocker grew up in a staunchly religious Christian family, and he doesn't mind a bit of his pious upbringing rubs off on his music.
He says, "I was born and raised Christian. My mom was an extremely conservative Christian and I very much have those roots in my life.
"I'm extremely spiritual and I have my own ideas of what happens when you die and how we're all connected.
"I think that will play some part in what this band's about."
