Guitarist JOHN SQUIRE has ruled out a STONE ROSES reunion as he is still not speaking to ex-bandmate IAN BROWN.
Squire is on good terms with Stone Roses members RENI, real name ALAN WREN, and MANI, real name GARY MOUNFIELD.
However, he refuses to get in contact with Brown because the singer continues to criticise him in the media.
Squire says, "I bumped into Reni at an ARTHUR LEE gig in Manchester, and I still see him now and again. We're friends. And Mani's godfather to all three of my children.
"As for Ian... well, it's all very well him saying in interviews that he's still got the same number and I should call him, but if the kid keeps slagging me off..."
