FEARS FOR DOMINO AS HE CANCELS ANOTHER APPEARANCE

FATS DOMINO has sparked serious concerns for his health after mysteriously missing his headlining appearance at Louisiana's New Orleans Jazz Fest yesterday (07MAY06).

The 78-year-old BLUEBERRY HILL singer has yet to explain his absence; festival organisers have refused to elaborate over the shock cancellation.

Last Monday (01MAY06) the star withdrew from a fundraising autograph session claiming he was fatigued and planned to rest before his highly-anticipated Jazz Fest performance.

Stepping into the breach LIONEL RICHIE took Domino's place and closed the main stage of the six-day festival.
