SOFT CELL singer MARC ALMOND has started legal proceedings against a motorist over the 2004 motorcycle accident which almost cost him his life.
MARC ALMOND leaves Radio 2 after being interviewed by Jonathan Ross, London, England - 05.02.05
The 49-year-old was hospitalised for five months with multiple injuries after the collision with CHANDAN KUMAR PAUL's vehicle in London - and he could be in line for a massive payout if his legal team is successful.
Almond, who suffered extensive head injuries, has only recently been able to return to the recording studio where he has promised to cover GENE PITNEY's hit BACKSTAGE, as a mark of his respect for the singer who died last month (APR06).
