98 DEGREES STAR ARRESTED
Former 98 DEGREES star JEFF TIMMONS was arrested last month (APR06) on suspicion of drink driving and operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Timmons, who sang in the popular boy band alongside NICK and DREW LACHEY in the 1990s, was pulled over by police in Florida after a celebrity softball game on 23 April.
According to the police report, the singer was driving with two "very intoxicated" passengers, one of whom Timmons identified as MITCH ENGLISH, who hosts syndicated TV show THE DAILY BUZZ.
Website TMZ.com reports that Timmons, who was stopped for speeding, initially told officers he'd had "a lot" to drink that night, but later changed his story, saying he "only had two beers".
A check of Timmons' record revealed his driver's license had expired in 2005 and was suspended.
According to the police report, the 32-year-old listed his current occupation as "unemployed".
