DAMNING DOHERTY PHOTOS PUBLISHED

Troubled rocker PETE DOHERTY is facing further controversy, after a British newspaper published photographs seemingly showing the singer injecting an unconscious teenage fan with heroin.

The images, published in today's (28APR06) The Sun newspaper, appear to depict the self-confessed drug addict injecting himself with heroin, as well as a comatose young fan on his kitchen floor.

An unnamed friend of the BABYSHAMBLES frontman sold the images to The Sun, claiming they had been taken over the past five weeks (begsMAR06).

Another photograph shows Doherty's on/off girlfriend KATE MOSS looking dishevelled and sleepy in a wooden bed.

The friend claims the female fan is a regular visitor to Doherty's east London home and was left unconscious on the floor as Doherty and his pals continued to indulge in the Class A narcotics.

Doherty was arrested for the sixth time in as many months last week (21APR06) on suspicion of possessing drugs, only hours after he was sentenced to an 18 month drug rehabilitation programme by a London judge.
