Legendary producer PHIL SPECTOR's murder trial has been pushed back until January (06) after Superior Court Judge LARRY FIDLER realised he had double-booked himself.
The 66-year-old had been set to go to trial on 11 September (06) after Judge Fidler moved the original April date (06) to accommodate the schedules of both prosecution and defence lawyers - but he has had to push back the hearing yet further.
Spector is accused of murdering actress LANA CLARKSON at his home on 3 February 2003 - he is currently free on $1 million (GBP590,000) bail.
